Promising development of the company is confirmed by the availability of intellectual property rights registered in Federal institute of industrial property rights of Russia and State patent authority of Ukraine and corresponding licenses for trade mark are issued.
Therefore, the company “GALEX” has sole right to produce, to sell and perform other actions with this trade marks within territories mentioned above. Any use of the trade marks “GALEX” or «ГАЛЕКС» by other companies or other strangers without written permission of the company “GALEX” is an infringement of intellectual property of the company is prosecuted according to the low in compliance with legislation of Russian Federation and Ukraine.
Moreover, pay attention to the fact that the company “GALEX” produces exclusives making of male footwear for dancing using broaching method that ensures high quality of foot-gear, elegance and convenience for dancers.
The method of making footwear is also intellectual property of the company “GALEX” and is recognized as invention patented in Russia (patent №2243709), in Ukraine (patent №64450) and international application № PCT/ UA2004000001 is sub-mitted by the company “GALEX” for acquiring sole right in countries of European Un-ion, in USA, in CANADA and in CHINA.

Legal protection of intellectual property of the company “GALEX” ensures, on the one hand, the company’s sole right in the markets of Russian Federation, Ukraine and foreign countries and, on the other hand, guaranties its partners and representatives mutually beneficial cooperation within above-mentioned territories. In case of illegitimate use of intellectual property of the company “GALEX” that becomes apparent in unauthorized selling of footwear for dancing with trade marks “GALEX” / «ГАЛЕКС» or in manufacturing of foot-gear for dancing using exclusive technology with following sale without permission of the company that leads to output of counterfeit or infringing production and, thereby, cause irrecoverable financial and moral damage to the company, make worse its image and business reputation. In such cases we reserve to ourselves the right to protect our interests by judicial recourse. Our company places high emphasis on development of optimum organization of workplaces along the whole production cycle of making footwear for dancing, that con-tributes to increasing of production’s quality, decreases losses of working time during handing over half-finished products from one manufacturing operation to the other. It en-sures high production standard. Besides, use of special tools and equipment by both shoemakers and other employees of the company guarantees high quality of foot-gear for dancing. It is a trade secret used only at our company.
